Bookings for registration are open. You can now fill in the form online and proceed to the payment of the fees.

Before completing the online form, don’t forget to visit the website’s other pages for details of concerts, sightseeing tours and accommodation. These may be of use when making your choices. For those interested in any of the organised sightseeing tours, a registration form will be available online on the website’s organised tours page from 17 February 2017.

In order to ensure a smooth organisation of lunches included in the conference fee and to reduce food waste, please tick your specific days of attendance in the form.

For lunches, cocktail dinner at the opening reception, and banquet dinner, please state your dietary requirements in the form.

Once you have made your payment you will receive by email a payment receipt and a registration voucher with a list of the options you have selected. These two documents may be useful for getting your registration fees reimbursed by your research centre or institution. Don’t hesitate to write to us at registration@euromac2017.com if you encounter any problems about this.
